SPOOLS A direct replacement, drop in part our spool uses stock axles. Fully CNC machined 2024 aluminum gear of the proper metric pitch and 6061 hub to create two piece design. No more "JB Welding" diffs to create a spool. |

What was designed turned out to be rather innovative and works excellent. Due to our duplicating the splines internally for the axles, they fit perfectly. This part is of the two piece nature, a fully machined gear and then a hub of which is attached by four screws. The gears are 2024 aluminum and the hub, 6061. |

When first assembled the gears will be noticeably noisier than what you are used to. Not to worry, the upper drive gear meshes with the lower properly. The noise comes from the two gears manufacturing process. The stock upper gear is a cast part and our's is machined. This causes absolutely NO driveline drag or wear on any internals. We recommend using a fairly high quality, heavy grease when assembling |
