Aluminum Wheels. We offer superior aftermarket aluminum wheels for your T/E-Maxx or HPI Savage. These are machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, polished to a chrome-like finish, then designs are machined via CNC mills. Offset is increased .250 over stock for a wider track of .500 overall. .21 Conversions for the T-MAXX. Need more power in your T? Well, why not stuff a .21 engine in it. We have got a kit to help you accomplish just that. The .21 conversion kits we have allow you to do a conversion without the need for swapping components to an entirely new chassis plate. This is done by a upper and lower extension plate in our standard kit. This extends the wheelbase by 1.375 (1 3/8) and makes room for the larger .21 engine and rear exhaust. We do offer a upgraded kit which uses Rix Gear extended braces replacing the lower extension plate in the standard kit. Also included in both of the kits are engine mounts to fit most of the pullstart .21 engines available, a bellcrank and post to operate the slide carb, and last but not least, a 304 stainless rear driveshaft, hardened cups and drivepins to make for a bullet proof set up. Drivetrain Components. As you might have read above, we include the driveshaft pictured to the right in our .21 conversions. We also offer custom made shafts to your specifications. These are machined from 304 stainless steel in a diameter of .312 (5/16). The drivecups are hardened steel and also included are custom crosspins if your application requires. |
